In one of my first presentations about this project, I briefly talked about some of the most important inspirations and references I'd use. One of these was the NASA Graphics Standards Manual. It's a book with guidelines for designing NASA documents and the depiction of their logo on vehicles. Apparently, NASA uploaded it back in Septembre and it's free for everyone to download.

There's a lot about this scene that I really like. Most of all the use of typography on the walls in combination with the plan sequence make this a cinematic beauty. More relevant to my own project is the use of sound to emphasize the sermon's speech and to give the scene a wavy feel.
